Vivobarefoot faced an exciting challenge - organising a conference to unite distributors and product designers, fostering collaboration and aligning visions for the upcoming product lineup. To make this event a success, they needed a dynamic solution: a compelling printed catalogue that would effectively communicate technical specifications and features to conference attendees.
The solution: I embarked on a three-week journey, collaborating closely with product line managers, product designers, and category managers. Our goal: to create a comprehensive catalogue that not only met immediate needs but also allowed for future translations and presentations.
This demanding timeline required effective communication management, securing product sign-offs, and coordinating assets - all while juggling last-minute photoshoots. I raced against time to ensure that the artwork was ready for printing and delivery to the conference's picturesque natural location, creating a high-quality, timely resource that left a lasting impact on all who attended.
We crafted bespoke 1-metre by 1-metre light-boxes to enhance the engagement of our presentations. These unique light-boxes were tailor-made for Vivo, featuring magnetic frames at the rear that served as convenient shelves for displaying shoes. This required meticulous measurement and thoughtful design to ensure a seamless and practical solution for our presentations.
