Doug is the illustration that I created. He represents the 'Hidden Talents' campaign roll out.
Doug drills, digs and mines for gems (hidden talents).
Emails were sent out to all employees to urge them to take the skills audit test.
Email design best practices were used when creating the set. 
1.Personalisation
2. Dynamic content (Gif used to attract the eye)
3. Inverted pyramid (Call-to-action seen without having to scroll) 
The illustrations needed to be flexible enough to convey information. 
Once the employees completed the skills audit. The UDEMY platform was introduced, where employees
could analyse their scores in the audit and find courses to help them up-skill in the weaker areas.
The task required me to create new illustrations that could be placed on the personalised business platform. 
Collateral such as tote-bags and coffee mugs were introduced to reward
and encourage employees who took part on their new learning pathways.
